   I love my WordPress website, but I haven't been able to access it since July 13, 2011, when I started getting a "Error 500 - Internal server error" every time I tried to log in to it. I don't understand all the technical instructions I've read, and I wind up in tears every time I try to fix the problem myself. Can someone please help me? Thanks ~ Joanne (jmfarro)

   contact your webhost, usually with a help ticket.

   Have you checked with your host with the problem

   My thanks go to those who suggested that I contact my webhost about the 500 Internal Server Error that was keeping me from accessing my website. I spoke to the 1and1 folks, and they took care of the problem for me promptly!
