I updated my wordpress yesterday with recent version of wordpress. and this plugin was causing problem in submit. Whether it was page save or post save or update, it was showing me blank page after submit in Admin side. Data was also not going to database. Sometime I saw data got saved but it just show blank page on Admin side.

FYI - Next time your posts don't show up, just be patient. Our spam catcher gets over excited sometimes :)

I really felt bad as my problem was real and I had no clue what went wrong.
Now I know the reason for crash:
It was simple tag plugin that caused the problem. I have posted the bug on WordPress.org plugin feedback section.
