I just talked this plugin and selected file and tables to be backup up. It shows 132GB size for backup. I like to know what folders and files are included to be backup. I am sure this is not the real size.

The 132GB, is made up all the files for your website from the root of the site on the server.

Also if you click the “excludes” link you will be able to view a list of all the files which are included.
