It just works

I tested many Google maps plugins before landing to MapPress. They all had complicated shortcodes to generate, one plugin had jQuery incompatibility issue, one plugin needed to add a filter to the_content. I wanted something simple that allowed users to just add maps directly from the post edit screen. MapPress does that and quite nicely.
