    Hi,
I've installed the rating widget plugin and the problem is that the widget doesn't show on a computer, while on a mobile, there's a loading symbol.
I've checked the support topics, but it doesn't help... :( The footer.php is ok...

    The site is lifeshots.ro

    Thanks! :)

It seems to work. I've just visited your website and I see the ratings. For example I've rated on http://lifeshots.ro/?p=627 without any issues. What browser are you using and have you tried to test it on other browser?

    Thank you for your reply.
Well, I didn't try it on other browsers. I'm using firefox on my computer and dolphin on my mobile. After reading your message, I tested the site on chrome and opera and it works... Yeeey! I'm really sorry for the trouble.
However, is there a way to make it work on firefox, too? After all, firefox is a top browser :) Could you give me a lead?
    Thanks!

Well, it works on FF as well, just tested it :) I presume that you might have some FF add-on that cause the problem. Do you have a flash blocker or something like that? Try to disable the add-ons and see if it starts to work. Keep me posted.

Hi! Sorry for the delay. I've replied to you a few hours ago but appearently i haven't hit the post button hard enough :D
After checking the addons and plugins installed on my FF, I found that the Shockwave Flash plugin was 'disabling' the widget. So now it works just fine. It still doesn't work on dolphin so I'll check the settings to discover the culprit :>
Thank you very much for your fast help and plugin! The stars are alive!!!:)

Glad it resolved your issue. You can disabled the flash compatibility in the plugins advanced settings. The reason it is there is because we use flash cookie to uniquely identify a device to prevent users voting several times from different browsers.

In addition, I would appreciate if you could spend 30 sec rating the plugin on WP to help us spread the word. If you do, don't forget to click the Post button to submit your rating. Thanks!
