• Hi,

this plugin is everything I’m searching for. But it doesn’t show every link of any posts or posttype. It only detects links of comments, if the commenter write its homepage in the field “website”, but not in the comment.
I also tried to remove the Server load limit field of the “Advanced”- Tab. It’s still not working.
    I’m using WP 3.9.1.

    Does anyone have a clue?

    Nice Greetz!

  • Take a look at the “Which Links To Check” tab and make sure the “HTML links” option is enabled. Also make sure “Comments” and all post types are enabled in “Look For Links In”.

    Thanks for answering.
Yes, I did that. It’s still not working….
The Debug info of yours shows that everything is green except
“open_basedir”, “unparsed items” and “link records” (they’re yellow).

Could that be there a problem?

open_basedir could cause false positives, but it wouldn’t prevent the plugin from finding links. What numbers do “unparsed items” and “link records” show?

You mentioned removing the load limit. What is the current load? (It should show up next to the limit setting.)

my current server load time is 2.85
I have 34 unparsed items and 0 Link records.
I really don’t know what that means?

    Thank you!

That seems reasonable. The limit is currently nothing (empty) or above the current server load, right?

That means the plugin knows there are 34 items (like posts, pages and so on) that it still needs to check for links. Normally this number goes down to zero over time and the number of link records goes up. If it stays the same for a long time (i.e. hours), there’s probably some kind of a configuration problem or bug.

Aside from the load limit, I’m not sure what else could cause something like this. Could you maybe check your PHP error log for recent error messages related to BLC?

    I’ve using your error log:
there’s written that it skipped all my posts and posttypes, because they are already synched.
