   It breaks all pages, posts, media flows on the site and even on the admin dashboard

   I've got the same problem. WP 3.2.1 and ACE 1.4.3
   Deactivation (I've deleted the plugins folder using FTP) of the plugin brought my blog up again.
   Any solution?
