• Hey guys –

A few issues I’m having here. I have three multisite blogs running under the Network Administration umbrella. Blog 1 has only 6 users, all of whom are legit and who have commented on past posts. Blog 2 is similar but has maybe 100 users. Blog 3 has about 4,000 legit users of my BBPress installation

The problem is, if you go to the Network Admin umbrella and click its “Users” menu, I show about 16,000 almost all spam users. But, the legit users mention above are mixed in with those.

Running the Wangguard Wizard on the Network Admin page results in “no spam users” being found. This is even AFTER I have gone through the first 999 Users displayed on the User page and run the ‘Bulk Check Sploggers’ tool. About half of the first 999 users are in fact checked as Sploggers, but I can’t make WangGuard actually delete those registrations.

Because the Users page of the Network Admin section inexplicably does not have paginated display mode, I can only currently show and check the first 999 of my 16,000 registrations. And even when I get them identified as sploggers, I can’t figure out how to batch delete them.

Does WangGuard just not work with a multisite install? Should I try another plugin?

    Hi,

You can go to Network -> WangGuard -> Users -> Splogger -> Delete All Sploggers.

If you have spam users, WangGuard has to detect them in the first Wizard step.

I think there is a problem in your installation because WangGuard cannot detect your flagged spam users and you have a problem with users pagination….

Please, update me with this problem.

    Thank you.
