Issues with WordPress core

Hi to all,

We have updated all version of WordPress of our customers via Cpanel, now we are experiencing the same issue on all installations. It seems to be a WordPress Issue.

When we do the login we get a console error like this:
Uncaught TypeError: Object function (e,t){return new v.fn.init(e,t,n)} has no method 'widget'

And when we click the “Switch editor” button, we get also this error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: switchEditors is not defined

All buttons that open a dialog windows are not working.

We have disabled all plugins, functions.php, themes, but we didn’t found the problem.
