Issues expanding menu size? (2 posts)

I have noticed that at a certain point of adding menu items, I cannot add any more. I will add a new page to the previously saved and working menu, and it will drop it off right after I save it. If I change the order, the ones past the cutoff point will be dropped off.

I have already done a lot of research and experimentation on this issue, attempting to modify my .htaccess and php.ini according to the following pages:
    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-menu-has-a-limit-of-49-links-of-pages-in-the-navbar

    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/i-can-not-for-more-than-15-menu-items-why
    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/menu-size-limit
None of this has worked, the php suhosin issues would not enhance the menu capacity. I have server access, but cannot seem to change the menu size.

This is a client site, so there need to be menu options for all of the pages. Does WordPress have a way to custom-redesign the menu size?

This is a server issue - not a WordPress one. Have you reviewed http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/14134
