Using NextScripts Auto poster to post to Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter and StumbleUpon. All are working properly except for Tumblr which does not post when it is a Image post.
I’m receiving the following error when attempting to publish.

    Array ( [pgID] => [isPosted] => 0 [pDate] => 2014-07-19 14:06:26 [Error] => 400 – Bad Request | stdClass Object ( [meta] => stdClass Object ( [status] => 400 [msg] => Bad Request ) [response] => stdClass Object ( [errors] => Array ( [0] => Error uploading photo. ) ) ) )

    Well, the Support doesn’t exist.
No response with the same error on google+

    Yeah, right.

The issue was investigated a month ago and it has nothing to do with the plugun.

The answer is in the FAQ – #1.4:
    http://www.nextscripts.com/support-faq/#q14

Especially, please check the part starting with “Update (Summer 2014):”

Well, your FAQ 1.4 is not the Problem we have here.

Here is the Problem that “Imagepost” on Tumblr and Google+ not working. The same Post with “Textpost” works well!

in booth cases the Error 400 appers.

and my ticket is closed without response, ( #744777 ) thats what i meen with no support.

This exactly what #1.4 means. Text posts work fine because your server protects or fails to supply only your images, not texts,

My error message is not the failure with uploding image. it is error 400 and i have to contact the support. what i do by the way 🙂

I have the same problem. error 400 on post to Tumblr.

Coincidence or not I install SSL on my website in the exact day the plugin stop working.
On other website I use but without SSL, the plugin work perfectly. Any idea?
    I also open Ticket #829864
    Thank you in advance.

I solve the problem, in my part at least.

iThemes Security Plugin add this line to my .htaccess :

    RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^$ [NC,OR]

I removed the line and now request is possible from a bot or header api without having a specific name.
