Issues adding Media/selecting font sizes

There’s now an issue with the site where the popups for adding media are showing underneath the rich text module, so there’s no way of adding an image in there without manually coding it (which isn’t an option for my client). Also the drop-downs for the font sizes, etc, are not displaying at all. Am on WP 3.6 with latest version of the plugin.
