issue with www prefix (3 posts)

I've just added a WP blog to a website and I've noticed that the blog has a URL without the www. prefix. The problem is my main website has the www. prefix. I installed WP into a directory called 'Blog' with the main website in the root.

I'm worried that this could cause a duplicate content issue and I would like to know how to fix this. I don't mind having or not having the www. prefix, I just want them to be consistant across my website and blog.

    Any advice would be great.

if present, delete the .htaccess in /Blog folder
    go to
    dashboard - Settings
add the www in both url fields - be sure is correct
    save settings
    go to
    dashboard - Settings - Permalinks
    set a permalink structure
    save
    should work fine
