Firstly, I must say this is not a bug report, but I don’t know where else to ask. (:

I’m running v 3.2 on WP 3.7.1, running locally in Apache. The theme is built on 320press’ template with bootstrap 2.3.2. For the record, there are absolutely no JS or PHP errors logged, nothing fails to load, so I’ve got nothing to debug with.

In my test site, I have:

    • one event a month back
    • one event tomorrow
    • one event a month from now

When I first load the page with ‘list view’ as default, I see the upcoming events as expected. I get the following two problems after this:

    • Click the “Previous Events” link, and I see my past event and both future events.
    • Click the “Upcoming Events” link, and I see a message stating “There were no events found”.

An important point here: without changing any settings, switching to the default Twenty Thirteen theme, the events list works perfectly.

I have no idea where to start looking.. So, is anyone here perhaps able to help me..?

Edit: I’ve branched my theme with this issue here if it helps..

  • I’m afraid we can’t really help with custom themes / where it works perfectly with a default theme, unless of course there is a clear indicator that we’re doing something incorrectly.

No problem Barry, thanks for the reply. I was simply asking this question here in the hopes of finding someone else who had run into a similar issue..

I’ve been looking at other theme templates and I started converting my theme to roots.io last night (in which this plugin works perfectly), so this particular query is not really applicable as of now. (:

No problem – and best of luck with the rest of the project 🙂
