Issue with internet explorer

Hi

Desperate for some help.
Just built a custom site in wordpress and woo commerce and it seems to work fine in firefox,chrome and safari

However in IE it displays homepage images wrong (in a vertical line rather than a grid)

I am just starting out so it is probably my coding!

If anyone can help it would be most appreciated though.
