[resolved] Issue with Google Analytics (8 posts)

I've had the Feed Them Social plugin installed now for about a week and it's been working great. Yesterday, I decided to add the Google Analytics plugin to my web site. Shortly after the installation, I noticed there were no feeds to my FTS page. I checked everything and even removed and installed the plugin in order to resolve the problem however nothing seemed to work. Finally, I decided to deactivate the Google Analytics as that was the only change I had made to the website that day. Sure enough, my FTS page was again working properly and displaying Twitter feeds. I have no idea what the compatibility issue is, but I love the FTS plugin but would also like to have Google Analytics.

Hi, follow up. The FTS plugin has been working fine ever since I deactivated the Google Analytics. For an experiment, I just checked it again to make sure everything was ok, which it was. I then went to the control panel and reactivated the Google Analytics Plugin. Sure enough, I went to my FTS web page and it was again empty with nothing showing.

Hi, the Twitter feed has been working fine for the last several weeks as I've had the Google Analytics deactivated. I just updated the Feed them social to 1.1.6 and reactivated G/A. Unfortunately, again there was an error:
Warning: file_get_contents(https://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/user_timeline.json?screen_name=inspect2code&count=5&include_entities=1&include_rts=1) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! Bummer, now that I've upgraded to 1.1.6 from 1.1.3 the Twitter feed is not working at all.

We are working on resolving this issue we apologize for any inconvenience. We believe this may have to do with a call we are making and also that twitter is intermittently giving this call service. We will notify you shortly with an update on resolving this issue.
