Issue with completing an order. (11 posts)

    When a costumer has selected its products, and wants to finish off the payment, the screen just freezes after pressing "place order" so the costumer thinks the browser crashed, and tries it again. but if i log in to the admin panel i can see that the order has been placed. neither does the costumer get an email nor do i get an email that the order has been placed correctly. This problem accrued after installing the latest update of Woo-Commerce. i was hoping/waiting on an update today but so far nothing helped yet, neither do i know what to do right now. My costumers cant place any orders right now. which costs me a bit of profit :( i was hoping any one could help me, or that there could be an update for it.

    You must know what Payment Gateway you are trying to use to take the payment :p Whatever is enabled on your checkout page. Trying to establish if its a core gateway, or something you've installed.

    I dont have any Payment gateway yet. I only use the plugin whats inside Woocommerce. That the customer can choose to pick up the article from our shop it self. or choose to let us send it to their address.

    Something is causing an error 500 https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/20672o8fnx41kss/2014-02-14%20at%2012.10.png Check the server error logs and see what is causing the fatal error. It may be memory.

    i see, thank you. im upgrading the memory right now, and i've added a paypall option for testing it. ill post in a minute if its working or not :) thanks again for ur time.

    Hi Mike,

    Im getting this error in the console
    "GET http://guitarshop-apeldoorn.nl/wp-includes/js/ver=3.8.1 404 Not Found 636ms"

    I also tried to upgrade the memory, i add:
    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    In the wp-settings.php but the error won't go. What do i wrong?
    I still see in WordPress Memory Limit: 40 MB error.

    Can you help me please?

    After increasing to 96M and deleting some of plugins, its works! Thanks :)
