Issue with Arras

Ok here is the deal … this is completely my fault and I would appreciate any help.

No, I do not have a back-up … I will next time (how do I do that)
I have taken GoDaddy’s advice and I have changed the name of the Plug-in file in essence de-activated them ….

This is the error that I am getting … I don’t know how (if it is even possible) to change the theme thru the FTP (FileZilla)
