   When I attempt to log out of my wordpress site using the Log Out from the admin bar, it takes me to the login screen with this url:

   http://www.mydomain.com/wp-login.php?loggedout=true

   It looks like I'm logged out and waiting to log back in, but if I then navigate to my site by typing it in the browser, I get the admin bar back and I am logged in. I can get into the dashboard and everything.

   Any ideas?

   Does it happen if you do the same thing in a different browser?

   Yes it's happening in all browsers. The cookie gets deleted, but as soon as I go back to the site, the cookie is there again.
