There is a small issue on the media popup box, initially the dropdown has only one option (Uploaded to this folder), this shows only the thumbnails which are uploaded (attached) to this folder.

The dropdown will have all the options if you select click to Set Featured Image and click back to Insert Media.
    The default options are
    - Select a view (this will show all thumbnails from the media library)
    - Uploaded to this folder,
    - Images,
    - Audio,
    - Video

    (using RC9)

Ok, thanks for the report. I'll have to look into the javascripts again.

    (Using RC-14)
    Can't insert images for Subfolders.
The dropdown options in the media popup box have only two options, missing the default ones.

    Only this two:
    - Uploaded to this folder,
    - Images

You can upload images to subfolders just as in top-level folders.

This is not a feature request. But looks like you can't reproduce.
I have setup a new wordpress install, and the issue is still there.

You.have to go to Upload Files, not Media Library

Sorry, this is actually very good and the plugin description should have this information.
Optionally a help line above the picture box how you get the images inserted into the folders ...

Looks like the Admin works just how you work with FTP.
You can upload images into the this folder, and the images will be not visible for other folders.
To remove images from the current folder, you have to delete it.

ps: Moving folders in admin not updating in FTP yet, maybe in a future version

There is a link to my user guide posts in the desciption.
I am not going to update ftp from admin, and please do not ask the same question in every thread.
