ISO aggregator/multi poster plugin

I’m looking for a plugin that can aggregate from multiple feeds, then post them out to all of my blogs. Perhaps it won’t be a plugin per se, but software. There are a few very expensive commercial packages, but I’d prefer something open-source if possible.
