    I want to create a new web site with a tool that gives me the ability to actively manage my site. I have no programming skills. Is WordPress an appropriate tool for me?

    What will I have to learn to implement a new web site using WordPress?

    How long will it take?

    pay someone to do the web stuff and it wont take you long at all.

    I dont write my own prescriptions, after all. (not that i have any, either)

    though I wish I could.
