Is WordPress the perfect software for my needs?

    Hi, my name is Anna and I volunteer to help a religious association. We want to start a Prayer Requests collection and I have trouble in finding a software tool to manage it. These are the requirements:
    1 The Prayer Requests page must be accessible to everyone without need to register or login
    2 New prayer requests must stay in a wait queue and be emailed to a moderator.
    3 The moderator must access an administration page and validate (approve, edit, delete) the new prayer requests. Requests are published upon approval.
    4 Everyone must be able to comment a prayer request, and comments must be moderated too (the same way).
    Is WordPress a viable solution for me? Cn you help me to define the basic settings?

    well it does not sound like a blog but it can work. but people would have to register before they can submit anything… and there were some hacks i believe to keep the articles in queue for approval before publishing…
    toughie imo.
