   It is a trackback..but for me, i would delete it as the source seems like the spam site actually copy your content, then link back to your site...

   Do delete it and treat it as spam....

   Yeah, it is a trackback since you linked to another page from your own site.

   You can install the No Self Pings plugin to block this behavior in the future.
