   Hi
   Is it possible to set up sites with multi site in a way that I could get addresses that look like:

   http://somedomain.com/blog/
   http://anotherdomain.com/blog/

   We are trying to add WP blogs to a bunch of existing site and want to use multi site to manage them.

   You can't use domain mapping to get subfolders. Subdomains yes, folders, no.
