   I'm trying to make a hyperlink link to a specific paragraph within a post. For example, in Wikipedia, if you click a link in the table of contents of an article it will automatically link you to the paragraph. In some websites, if they have a FAQ and you click on a question, it will skip all the questions till the one you clicked on.

   How can I do this? If you don't get what I'm trying to say, please say it and I'll try to explain better.
