Is this plugin same as Google code for Minify?

    I placed the Google code for Minify, but I was wondering if you could please tell me the difference, if any, between the plugin WP-Minify and uploading the Google Code Minify? Is it redundant to use both? Also, WP Super Cache has a bit of code that minifies HTML (WPSCMin) but
    not CSS and JS. Would there be any conflict with the WP-Minify plugin or settings I should be aware of? Thanks!
