Is this Good or Bad?

So my self-hosting WP site (fashionportland.com) is doing something new that I have not seen before and I’m not sure if it is good or bad.

When I type in the domain name and hit enter, this is what I see in the address bar: “http://fashionportland.com/?doing_wp_cron=1346420356.9600100517272949218750” The ‘?doing_wp_cron=….’ is this normal and why is this showing up? If there something I need to correct, change, or add? Thanks for any help in advance.
