Is this compatible with the theme Thesis 2

I really liked the plugin – tried it out using some Javascript ad coding in the widget, but this made my widget disappear and dislodged my banner area? I’m wondering if there are any conflicts with Thesis 2.0? Not sure what else could cause this?
