   There is no official phone support. Post your problem and someone might be able to point you in the right direction.

   Thanks. I posted the problem twice with zero or little help. Even the moderator dropped the ball handling it. It's the first time using this area after being on here for over a year.

   I saw your posts but don't see how the moderator dropped the ball. We don't support specific plugins but someone usually tries to help
