I don't know a thing about php, or programming. I am just trying to set up a website, and allow my visitor's to post their blog's. I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee for some help. Any takers?

What, like each user has their own blog? Sounds like you might want the multi-user version of WP. See here: http://mu.wordpress.org

    Before you go into details:
Installing WP will NOT let your visitors to have their own blog. Installing WP = 1 (one) blog.
For multiple blogs you may want to look into the MultiUser version: http://mu.wordpress.org
It is not supported here, BTW.
You may want to leave a contact address here (you at domain dot com <-- recommended form) or try to post to the wp-pro list:

Please re-read first sentence. I don't have a clue, perhaps someone will help me install the software on my website. I think that is the only way I will be able to get it to work

And please, re-read my post: if you want paid services, you have to post a contact address. After that I'll close this thread to avoid a bidding "war" here :)
