I made a mistake and deleted all the comments on my blog. Is there any way I can recover them?
I don't see them in my intensedebate account any more. Neither are they at any other place.

I realize this is a week old but you should contact your web host and see if they have a backup of your database. Make a copy of that and do some research you should be able to restore from that SQL backup.
From my understanding IntenseDebate syncs with the WP database. So deleting from the WP database will delete (when it syncs) from Intense database.
