   Hello every body !
   I w'd like to mention the Terms and conditions page while registration on my blog network.
   Does nay body implement terms and condictions page, Licecse page for blog networks?

   Who would be the owner of the content which are created by my users under my blog network?

   Could any one help me with a way to implement T & C and provide a check box at sign up page?I will be great ful to get your help.

   I would like to keep an hyper link to terms and conditions page or in a frame .If a user checks on the checkbox .He would proceed to finish the signup procees .Could any one suggest me a trick to do that?

   I know where to do it .But check box to proceed if checks and stops if uncheck .I am not sure about it .

   Any idea please...?
