Is there any way to hide a public post from registriered users?

    Hi,
    Is there any way /trick to hide “public” or usual WP post from registered users?

    Explanation: I’d like create a post for registered users and this post will be absolutely hidden let’s call this post Full text article. But in same time I’d like to show some information that “very useful post for you exist”… So I can create a post with short information let’s call it abstract.
    This abstract can be scanned by search engines and then a visitor can find the abstract and after reading can decide to get access to full text.

    But after obtaining registration registered user will see two posts: abstract and full text article.
    So I want to hide the abstract from registered user.
