    Hi sumitrathore18g,

You have that information available in your Logs. You can export the data and process it in an excel file.

If you want to see a specific user’s votes, you can use the search option located option in the upper right corner. Type in his username or email address and click on “Search Poll Logs”.

    Hi YourOwnProgrammer,

Thanks for your reply. Yes that information is available in logs. First your plugin has every thing that i need but i want that the result should be more visually effective like having pie chart or bar graph with percentage of votes. Can you mention how i can achieve this? If it is not possible with current version then tell me the file name in which i can make some changes(following tutorial from internet to make pie chart and all that stuff) to achieve what i want. My boss want this visual effectiveness and to be honest i don’t want to change the plugin just for that. So see if you can help me with this.

    Thanks and Regards

    Hey Sumitrathore18g,

The current version of the plugin does not include these options.

If you want the charts to be displayed when your users click on “Results” you can edit yop_poll_model.php and modify these 2 functions:

    return_poll_html and answer_result_replace_callback

Another option would be to export the information in an excel file then create charts and graphs.

    Best wishes,

    Hi sumitrathore18g,

Edit your poll and in the “Answers” section click on “Answers Advanced Options”.

Set “Allow Multiple Answers” to “Yes” and set a maximum and minimum number of allowed answers then save the changes.

    Hi,

For showing polls i need to add the shortcode to the page. But by this way if i have say 100 polls so they all are going to be visible on one page only. And if i create more pages then it is bad to create so many pages just for poll. So is there a way so that i can limit the no of polls per page and the remaining polls should be visible on the same page (replacing previous polls ) by either clicking a button or a link provide at the end of page.

    Thanks

    Hi,

My problems are not getting solved. Now is there any way that when i allow multiple answer it will show checkboxes and when i allow only single answer it will show radio buttons.

And how can i view the custom field value for each user from dashboard.

    Thanks

    Hi sumitrathore18g,

From the main YOP Poll menu, go to Options and in the Archive Options section you have Archive Polls Per Page: which is set by default to 5. You can change this number with any value you want.

Then edit every poll and in Archive Options you have several settings:

Show Poll In Archive: if you set it to “Yes” then the poll will be displayed on your archive page; set it to “No” it it will not be visible in the archive.

Archive Order: the value you set here determines the poll’s position in the archive.

After you make these setting you have o create a new page on your website and add [yop_poll_archive] to it. That’s where the archive will be displayed.

    Hi YourOwnProgrammer,

I follow your last post. Now i am able to limit the number of polls per page but now the problem is whenever i click on the next link it forward me to same page. It means if i allow 3 polls per page then i am able to see only these 3 polls even after clicking on next link or page no 2. Remaining polls are there but that given link does not forward me to remaining polls.
So help me. This is my last task in this poll. After that my task will be over.

    Thanks and Regards

    Hi YourOwnProgrammer ,

Actually the website is on LAN. It is accessible only within LAN. So i can’t give you the link and even if i give you will not be able to access it.

    So any other solution?

    Thanks

    Hey sumitrathore18g,

Please create a new template and, except for the name, leave it empty and save.

Then edit the template you’ve just created and in the “Tools” section, choose a template for reset and click on “Reset Poll Template”

    Best wishes,
