Is there any popup plugin that works?! :(

I am trying to install a popup plugin that can cold my facebook like box html, and maybe an email subscribe html box, but I’ve tried about 4 or 5 so far and none of them seem to work or have these features!

The best I seem to have found was WP Super Popup, but for some reason this doesn’t work at all, despite turning off all caching on the site.

I also thought ITRO popup plugin was pretty reasonable but this one also didn’t show the plugin at first, and then decided to show every single time someone opened a window even though I had set it to only show once every 100 hours 🙁 I had 2 complaints from my readers that it was annoying.

Any suggestions what I am doing wrong here or what plugin I could use?
