   Is there any plugin which can show 'most read' or 'most viewed' or 'most popular' posts on your website?

   Please guide.

   My not be exactly what you're looking for - but you could try something like wp-postratings which would allow readers to rate the posts - and once you have that rating you could sort by highest rated.

   Not the same as 'most viewed' - but it's an option.
