i don't know what's wrong with my blog, that i need more than one minutes to open a page, is that database issue or php issue or some content loading issue, or the network issue?

Try testing on Googles page speed test:
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights
This will give you a good starting point on what may be slowing down your page.
