   Absolutely. I set up both a classifieds and a directory section on this site:

   http://tilthproducers.org/about-us/classified-ads/

   http://tilthproducers.org/washington-organic/directory/

   The classified ads are a custom post type and the directory is all the users who opted in to being included in the directory. Both are using the Yoast table jQuery script.

   Sorry, just re-read to see that you are interested in a plugin, specifically. Maybe Tables Reloaded for your directory (although I don't think it can map to users). And any forum software will suffice as a classifieds environment.
