Is there an way for WordPress to auto-post to Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc.?

I m looking for plugin to auto post to facebook as well, any ideas?

Look up WPBook. You create a facebook app which displays posts that can be commented on via Facebook. It is in PHP so you can’t assign it to a Page but you can put it in the sidebar or in the Boxes page.
