Is there an option to copy to s3 via cron ?

Don’t mean to be dense, just need clarification – I need to copy files to s3 via cron, that is *after* they have been grabbed by various other plugins and converted (specifically VideoZen).
I can not find an option in plugin settings to let cron handle it. Only the option to ‘ Copy files to S3 as they are uploaded to the Media Library ‘. Videozen will not work if I copy files directly at upload.
Do I simply leave this unchecked and cron will handle the copying to s3 and removal of the copied files from local (later)?
