   I just installed and network activated the plugin. When I clicked on the "Install Image Uploader" button, I get the following message:
   "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (picasa) isn't associated with any program."

   This is covered in the readme. Sounds like the picasa SW is not installed correctly on your system and it has not registered the protocol. You could try re-installing Picasa.
