   I am looking to build a forum where users can vote for ideas and the forum can show the most popular ideas. Something like WordPress ideas: http://wordpress.org/extend/ideas/. Or like Ideastorm: http://www.ideastorm.com/.

   Is there a theme or style in wordpress that exists?
