Is there a way to link social accounts with already signed up users?

if an user has already signed up by registering manually (or using a different social network), does this plugin allow to link another social network account to it?
I tried inserting <?php do_action( ‘wordpress_social_login’ ); ?> in my users profile pages (buddypress) or woocommerce templates but the form won’t show if the users are already logged in
ideally, it would be nice to connect services even if they don’t match email – suppose one person is already registered and has signed in the website with WSL plugin; then clicks to connect his account with Facebook, he should be able to link accounts anyway, if he’s logged in both on the website and Facebook simultaneously.
Does WSL do this already?
ps – I know that BuddyPress is not supported, but registration is handled by WP nevertheless
