I'm using WordPress 3.0, and I'm wondering if there is a way to insert a image file as a link, not image.
so if I load aaa.jpg, it should say aaa.jpg and people can click it to download it.
I have so many images to be inserted into a page, and I can not display all the images only linked file name should be there.

You can upload small image icons related to their type (like small icons which represent jpg, pdf, gif, flash etc) and inset those icons in page, link those icon to your destination.
you can upload your icon files in your WP media gallery. That is very simple and basic idea.
