salimfadhleyI'm working with a a company who want to build a mobile app based on some content that's in a number of WP blogs which I manage. In addition to the stuff that normally shows up in an RSS or ATOM feed they would like to get some additional data which we currently store as custom fields on each post.
The simplest way for them would be to simply find a way to add these custom fields to the XML feed. That way they only ever have one document to process.
An alternative solution might be to allow them to call into the XMLRPC interface to request these additional fields. Obviously the'd need to call this once per post.
Would anybody care to comment on which of these approaches is likely to be easiest? How might I go about achieving either of these goals?
