[resolved] Is there a way to get the four tiled posts to still appear when one is stickied? (10 posts)

    Hi there,

I have a quick question. With this theme, as you know, there is one post at the top, four tiled next to each other, then more with one on each like. By tiled I'm referring to these: http://devii.in/fVms (screenshot)

One thing I noticed, however, is when you sticky a post to your homepage, the tiling goes away so they're all stacked on top of each other like so: http://devii.in/BXTm

Is there a way I can sticky a post to the top of the homepage without the area with the four tiled posts becoming stacked?

    Thank you.

When you stick a post, the featured area becomes dependant on which posts you stick. Try sticking five posts and you'll see the tiled layout you're referring to. Hope that helps!

    Hi,

I also wanted the featured posts with the four-columned look underneath, but I'm not sure how to do that. What does "stick" a post mean and where in the settings am I supposed to do that?

Love this theme! Just want my page to look like the sample :)

    Thanks!

    Hi Konstantin,

Thanks! So I added the stickies, but I still can't figure out how to get those columns. Is there something else I need to add?

    Thanks!

tutpage, I can see the four columns on your site. If you can't, then maybe your screen is not wide enough to fit them, and if that happens, Expound will automatically adjust to fit your screen so you'll see rows instead of columns.

Fareeha, I can see your site with columns as well, so the above reply to tutpage is true for your site as well. Hope that helps!
