   A bad description appears in Google for my description (Google motor passed a few days ago only), does anybody know a way to force the motor to pass again on my website?
   Would help a lot!

   Google should be re-indexing your site regularly, so you may have to site tight and wait for a while. There's nothing you can do to force Google to revisit or change its listing.

   Not sure what you mean by "Description" but if you want Google to re-index you website and you have a valid sitemap.xml:

   http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/ping?sitemap=http://WEBSITENAME.com/sitemap.xml

   Robots.txt is more for which bots to allow and to where.

   Yes, but I heard it is better to have one even if you want to allow everything on your website... So just in case..
