I am doing a lot of changing of people's blogs, and I am wondering if there is an easier way (through phpmyadmin?) of backing up the widget content instead of using a text editor and copy and paste!
Any ideas or tips would be great!! Thanks.

Well phpMyAdmin in the wp_options table would give you access to the data (option names are like "widget_*" e.g. "widget_pages") but you'd still need to save that data or change the option name to something different so it didn't get deleted.
Wish there was a plugin to do that...
