GD Star Rating
Is there a way I can edit/control user ratings? (3 posts)

    Hi there,

I wonder if anyone can help. I want to be able to edit the ratings for certain posts on my website. I essentially want to be able to control the average rating from the dashboard.

Does anyone know if this is possible? I've read that you are unable to moderate the ratings, does this also mean that I cannot control the average rating? The settings area of the GD star rating is confusing and i see no specific setting/area that would allow me to control the ratings.

    Thanks

    Hello!
    I have the same problem.
In dashboard I can delete some vote but it's still here in front-end.

    Hi,

I just used to have the same problem. You can try to del several votes with a trick:

Use the same link as you have in yout Dashboard:
    yoursite.com//wp-admin/admin.php?page=gd-star-rating-stats&gdsr=voters&pid=1325&vt=article&vg=total

The pid is your post ID, so to view the votes for a specific post (or page) you just need to change that 1325 to the post's id.

Well... it's not an elegant way, but if you are in trouble it's better than nothing. :)
